EFC expert meeting: The passenger's perspective on E-Flying

This week, EFC, the Electric Flying Connection, organised a meeting with experts on what electric flying will mean for passengers in the future.

It is likely that electric flying over short distances will bring about changes in areas such as transfer times, baggage and facilities on board and on the ground. Various experts from Deloitte, NLR, TUDelft and MDAircraft, among others, shared their views. Thanks to host NLR, which recently became a member of the EFC, more than 60 participants from the United Kingdom and abroad enjoyed an informative and effective meeting. Gerben Groothuis participated on behalf of Twente Airport. He also moderated the meeting.

About EFC

The Electric Flying Connection connects all players in the field of electric flying in the Netherlands and, increasingly, in Belgium and Germany: aircraft manufacturers and operators, airports, knowledge institutions, charging experts and governments. By bringing these players together, EFC pools knowledge and spreads the message about what electric flying is all about. Twente Airport is a co-founder of the EFC.
